Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a basic form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for the beginner to maintain balance while stimulating and relaxing your body in a low heat environment. Great class to learn the basics.  Low heat!

Infrared Yoga Basics

Infrared Yoga Basics is great for beginners.or those who want a more gentle practice. Special attention is given tp alignment and progressing more slowly through the poses.  Moderate heat will be used to make this a very peaceful practice.

Balanced Heated Flow Yoga

A great place to start building strength and flexibility, while detoxifying and improving circulation. During this invigorating heated class we will work through a traditional flow, focusing on the mind, body and breath link!  Temperature ranges from 88 to 92 degrees.

Yoga Fusion

A hot power vinyasa flow class. The room is set to 94º. Modifications are offered throughout class, and practitioners are encouraged to work at their own level and pace.  Pilate & strength building  postures are added for core strength.

Devotional Yoga

Devotional Yoga will stretch your body and your scriptural knowledge. We

will relax as we flow through basic yoga moves in a warm setting with the

use of bolster pillows for balance and relaxation. We will incorporate

scripture, prayer and a bible devotion.

Perfect cardio class to lose weight or burn unwanted calories! Take a 45 class of bouncing cardio and sculpting!  Great for the lymphatic system,immune system, detoxification, oxygen circulation and increase bone mass. 70% less impact than running or jumping on a hard service. 

Balanced Barre Above

Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts.  Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is an active and athletic, Western style of yoga, created simultaneously by American yoga teachers Beryl Bender Birch and Bryan Kest in the 1980s. Power yoga classes move quickly through the poses and each pose is held for only three to five breaths.

Levels 2 & 3

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.
