We are thrilled to share an exciting new opportunity with you! On the stunning East Coast of Italy, we have discovered the breathtaking Oliveto Estates (voted the world's second-best region to travel worldwide). Our retreat is at a luxurious estate set on 9 acres of rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards in Le Marche. Le Marche is nestled between the Sibillini Mountains and Adriatic coastline, has stunning landscapes from rolling hills and ancient vineyards to pristine beaches—allowing you to experience mountains and the coast in one beautiful retreat.

We have secured June 20-27, 2026 for this exclusive retreat: . Here’s what to look forward to:

  • 7 Days in luxurious accommodations across two stunning homes (Oliveto and Olivo) on the estate overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

  • 7 Brunches and 5 Dinners featuring delectable cuisine with our private chef

  • A variety of wellness activities including Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes

  • Optional excursions like sailing, shopping, cooking classes etc. will be available for an extra fee

 

Please note, all rooms are designed to comfortably accomodate two people and can be arranged in either a king size bed or two twins. Single occupancy rooms are available as well, at a higher rate.  Please see the room descriptions and prices below, and reserve your room today with a $500 deposit.

​​Once your request form is submitted, you will receive an email from Balanced Life Studio confirming your reservation request and information on how to make your non-refundable $500 deposit (per person).  When submitting your request below, please let us know how many people you are reserving for, their names and which room type you are requesting.  All prices are based on double occupancy, unless noted.

Sea View Suite - 1 King Bed or two Twin Beds in Olivo House $3400/pp double or $6100 single

  • Wake up to expansive views of the Adriatic Sea in a luxurious, spacious en-suite bedrooms with stunning views. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and comes with its own balcony, terrace or balconette so you can soak up the spectacular sunrise and sunsets.

Garden View Suite - 1 King Bed or two Twin Beds in Olivo House $3200/pp double or $5800 single

  • Wake up to expansive views of rolling hills and olive groves in a luxurious, spacious en-suite bedroom with stunning views you'll never tire of. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and comes with its own balcony, terrace or balconette so you can soak up the spectacular sunrise and sunsets.

Eaves Hideaway -  1 King Bed or two Twin Beds in Olivo House $2800/pp double or $4800 single 

  • Tucked away in the light and airy eaves of Olivio house and pefect for those who need a little extra space. A kitchenette and small lounge area en-suite. An additional single bed can be put into the lounge area should you wish. Please note the bedroom is in the eaves of the house so the ceiling and the entrance is low. Garden Suite - 1 King Bed or two Twin Beds in Oliveto House $3200/pp double or $5700 single​

  • Olive Grove View with private balcony overlooking the beautifully manicured gardens, allowing for glimpses of the sea and 13th Century Civitanova Alta Village. Each bedroom is uniquely designed and comes with its own balcony, terrace or balconette.

Cosy Room - 1 King Bed or two Twin Beds in Oliveto House $3000/pp double or $5500 single 

  • Each room comes with views of the grounds and manicured gardens. Each room is uniquely designed with handmade Italian Molteni furniture, perfect for a restful night.

Garden Hideaway - 1 King Bed only or a single twin bed can be added. $3000/pp double or $5500 single​

  • Nestled just outside Villa Oliveto , you'll find the Garden Hideaway up a little garden path. Complete with its own en-suite wardrobe and kitchenette, you'll have everything you need for a great night's sleep. And when you wake, you can enjoy a quiet corner in your private patio.​

If you are traveling solo and want to share a room with another solo traveler, we will pair you with someone of the same gender.

After your initial $500 per person deposit, the payment plan is as follows:

Fifty percent (50%) of the remaining amount due will be paid by August 2, 2025.

Remaining balance is due by January 24, 2026.

What are the Booking and Cancelation Policies?

What about flights and transportation?

From the US, you can fly into Rome or Bologna and take a train or take a flight from Munich to Ancona via Lufthansa/Delta. You can also fly from DC to Ancona AOI with one stop in Munich.

Are beginners welcome?

Of course, Welcome! Dewana's classes are for anyone with a body - which is everybody! So come as you are - every class can be tailored to your specifics.

We will continue to monitor world events that may affect international travel and transportation in country. We will keep registered participants up to date on any applicable advisories. We will comply with any law regarding required paperwork to enter and travel within country.
